Radio Receiver Assembly Communication Stop Mode [08/2013 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY BRANCH LINE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the E29 radio and display receiver assembly connector.

(to Radio and Display Receiver Assembly) - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition E29-9 (CANH) - E29-10 (CANL) Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω

- Disconnect the E1 radio and display receiver assembly connector.
