| Any of the following conditions (a), (b) or (c) is met | More than 3 times |
| (a) Abnormal EEPROM access | Detected |
| (b) EEPROM communication timeout | Occurred |
| (c) Permanent fault code | Stored |
CASE 3
| Either of the following conditions is met | 1 or 2 |
