Freeze Frame Data [06/2015 - 11/2018]

  1. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Codes.

      Body Electrical > Pre-Collision 2 > Trouble Codes 

    5. According to the Techstream display, select a DTC that stored freeze frame data.
    6. Read the freeze frame data recorded when the DTC was stored.

      Body Electrical > Pre-Collision 2

      Assist Lv1: Pre-collision system brake assist activated
      Assist Lv2: Pre-collision system brake assist activated      		 Signal status changes when the pre-collision system brake assist is activated before a crash (pre-collision system brake will activate only in situations where the driver depresses the brake pedal)
      Warning Brake Warning brake operation ON or OFF ON: Warning brake operating
      OFF: Warning brake not operating      		 -
      Brake Assist Standby Supplemental brake pressure signal ON or OFF ON: Supplemental brake pressure being provided
      OFF: Supplemental brake pressure not being provided      		 Signal status changes when supplemental brake pressure is being provided after a crash is judged as unavoidable and before the brake pedal is depressed
      Pre-Collision Brake Control Pre-collision system brake operational status ON or OFF ON: Pre-collision system brake operating
