Disc cannot be Ejected [11/2015 - 11/2017]: Procedure

1. Press the disc eject switch of the navigation receiver assembly for 5 seconds or more and check that the disc is ejected.

   OK

   Disc is ejected.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2015 - 11/2017] 

Result: 

OK

1. Replace the disc with a known good one and check that the malfunction disappears.

   OK

   Disc is ejected.

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG
