DTC P26CE-37: Engine Coolant Pump Overspeed [06/2020 - 08/2020]: Procedure
- CHECK ANY OTHER DTCS OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P26CE-37)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.
- Read the DTCs.
Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes
Result
Result Proceed to DTC P26CE-37 is output A DTC P26CE-37 and other DTCs are output B DTC P26CE-37 and P26CB-71 are output C HINT:
- If any DTCs other than P26CE-37 are output, troubleshoot those DTCs first.
- If both DTC P26CB-71 (pump stuck) and P26CE-37 (pump overspeed) are stored, perform troubleshooting for DTC P26CB-71 first as the engine coolant pump assembly may be stuck.
