DTC U0320-00: Software Incompatibility with Power Steering Control Module [07/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

1. Switch the ignition off, then ON (engine off).
2. Perform the DTC Reading Procedure.

   Refer to ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [07/2015 - ]

   Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes 

3. Are any other PENDING CODEs and/or DTCs present?

   No

GO TO THE APPLICABLE PENDING CODE OR DTC INSPECTION. 

1. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [07/2015 - 08/2018]

1. Perform the power steering ECU DTC inspection using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - 08/2019]

   Chassis > Electronic-Controlled Power Steering > Trouble Codes 

2. Are any DTCs present?

GO TO THE APPLICABLE DTC INSPECTION.

2. Disconnect the power steering ECU connector.
3. Inspect for poor connection (such as damaged/pulled-out pins, corrosion).
4. Is there any malfunction?

4. Is the same DTC present?
