Multi-media Module Receiver Assembly Communication Stop Mode [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the multi-media module receiver assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   F58-1 (CANH) - F58-2 (CANL)	Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal	54 to 69 Ω

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE CONNECTED TO MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (CANH, CANL) 

Result: 

OK

1. Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.

   NOTE:

   When connecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2017 - ] ).

2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   F58-17 (+B1) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
   F58-16 (ACC1) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	11 to 14 V
   F58-15 (IG) - Body ground	Engine switch on (IG)	11 to 14 V

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   F58-12 (GND1) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
