Front Passenger Side Power Window Auto Up / Down Function does not Operate with Front Passenger Side Power Window Switch [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream (Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [08/2015 - ] ).

1. Initialize the front power window regulator motor assembly RH (Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - ] ).

1. Check that the front passenger door power window moves when the auto up and down function of the power window regulator switch assembly is operated (Refer to OPERATION CHECK [08/2015 - ] ).

   OK

   Front passenger door auto up and down function is normal.

OK 

END (PROBLEM DUE TO INITIALIZATION FAILURE) 

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH 

(Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] )

1. Remove the power window regulator switch assembly (Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] ).
2. Inspect the power window regulator switch assembly (Refer to INSPECTION [08/2015 - ] ).

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

(Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] )

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the I3 power window regulator switch assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the I4 front power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   I3-8 (AUTO) - I4-4 (AUTO)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   I3-1 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   I3-8 (AUTO) or I4-4 (AUTO) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
