Front Camera Module Communication Stop Mode [08/2015 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (FORWARD RECOGNITION CAMERA CAN BRANCH WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the forward recognition camera connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FORWARD RECOGNITION CAMERA - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.NOTE:
When connecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2017 - ] ).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition R12-7 (IGB) - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
