Removal [11/2020 - 11/2021]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION

    NOTE:

    After the ignition switch is turned off, there may be a waiting time before disconnecting the auxiliary negative (-) battery terminal.

    Refer to BEFORE DISCONNECTING BATTERY [11/2020 - 11/2021]

  2. REMOVE SPIRAL CABLE WITH SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2020 - 11/2021]

  3. REMOVE STEERING SENSOR

      *a Guide *b Pin
      1. Disengage the 6 claws, 2 guides and 2 pins, and remove the steering sensor from the spiral cable sub-assembly.
        NOTE:

        Do not damage the claws or pins of the spiral cable sub-assembly.
