Distance Control Switch Circuit [11/2015 - 07/2020]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise 2 / Data List.
5. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

1. Remove the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly.

   Refer to REMOVAL [11/2015 - 12/2018] , or refer to REMOVAL [12/2018 - 07/2020]

2. Inspect the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly.

   Refer to INSPECTION [11/2015 - 12/2018] , or refer to INSPECTION [12/2018 - ]

REPLACE SPIRAL CABLE WITH SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY. Refer to  COMPONENTS [11/2015 - 12/2018]  , or refer to  COMPONENTS [12/2018 - ]

1. Disconnect the F21 spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the F40 driving support ECU assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
