DTC C1A47: Steering Angle Sensor [12/2018 - 07/2020]: Procedure

HINT: 

Pre-collision system DTC C1A47 may be stored due to a malfunction in the electronically controlled brake system. Therefore, it is necessary to check for and troubleshoot electronically controlled brake system DTCs first.

1. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [12/2018 - ]

   Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   Electronically controlled brake system DTCs are output	B

GO TO ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [12/2018 - ]

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2015 - 07/2020]

   Body Electrical > Pre-Collision 2 > Clear DTCs 

2. Perform the following procedure.

   HINT: 

   If the following procedure is not performed, the previously output DTC cannot be detected.

   1. Drive the vehicle at a speed of 50 km/h (32 mph) or more for 1 second or more.
3. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2015 - 07/2020]

   Body Electrical > Pre-Collision 2 > Trouble Codes
