How To Proceed With Troubleshooting [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

  2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE 

    Standard voltage

    11 to 14 V

    HINT: 

    If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

  3. INSPECT COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Using the Techstream, inspect the CAN communication function to ensure there are no malfunctions in the communication system.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2019 - ]

    Result: 

    Go to CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2015 - 08/2017]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2017 - 08/2019]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2019 - ]

  4. INSPECT COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Using the Techstream, inspect the LIN communication function to ensure there are no malfunctions in the communication system.
