1. Check for DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2015 - 08/2019] )

1. Check that the manual UP/DOWN function using the multiplex network master switch can operate the driver side power window (Refer to OPERATION CHECK [08/2015 - 08/2019] )

   OK

   Manual UP/DOWN function operates normally.

GO TO OTHER FLOW CHART (DRIVER SIDE POWER WINDOW MOTOR CIRCUIT) 

(Refer to Driver Side Power Window does not Operate with Power Window Master Switch [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to Driver Side Power Window does not Operate with Power Window Master Switch [08/2017 - 08/2019] )

OK

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Master Switch / Data List.
5. According to the display on the Techstream, read the Data List.
