Rear Power Window RH does not Operate with Rear Power Window Switch RH [08/2015 - 08/2017]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the N3 rear power window regulator switch RH connector.

2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   N3-3 (B) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON	11 to 14 V

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Remove the rear power window regulator switch RH (Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] ).

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   4 (U) - 3 (B)	UP	Below 1 Ω
   1 (D) - 2 (SD)	UP	Below 1 Ω
   4 (U) - 5 (SU)	OFF	Below 1 Ω
   1 (D) - 2 (SD)	OFF	Below 1 Ω
   4 (U) - 5 (SU)	DOWN	Below 1 Ω
   1 (D) - 3 (B)	DOWN	Below 1 Ω

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY RH 

(Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] )

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the N3 rear power window regulator switch RH connector.

2. Disconnect the N4 rear power window regulator motor RH connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   N3-1 (D) - N4-1	Always	Below 1 Ω
   N3-4 (U) - N4-2	Always	Below 1 Ω
   N3-1 (D) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   N3-4 (U) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Remove the rear power window regulator motor RH (Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] ).
2. Apply battery voltage and check that the motor gear rotates smoothly as follows.

   OK

   Measurement Condition	Specified Condition
   Battery positive (+) → 1 Battery negative (-) → 2	Motor gear rotates counterclockwise
   Battery positive (+) → 2 Battery negative (-) → 1	Motor gear rotates clockwise

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH 

(Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - 08/2019] )

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the M2 power window regulator master switch connector.

2. Disconnect the N3 rear power window regulator switch RH connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   M2-10 (U) - N3-5 (SU)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   M2-16 (D) - N3-2 (SD)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   M2-10 (U) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   M2-16 (D) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY 

(Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ] )
