Malfunction:
  1. No communication with ECM

U0131-87 Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module Missing Message Diagnosis Condition:
  1. IG voltage is 8.5 V or more.

Malfunction:
  1. No communication with power steering ECU (rack and pinion power steering gear assembly)

  1. Continuously for 10 seconds or more
  • CAN communication system
  • Power steering ECU (rack and pinion power steering gear assembly)
