Installation [11/2018 - 10/2019]: Procedure

INSTALL ENGINE STOP AND START ECU

Install the engine stop and start ECU with the 2 nuts.

	Nut (B)

for nut (A)

Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf/cm, 49 in.lbf)

for nut (B)

Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf)

Attach the clamp and connect the wire harness to the engine stop and start ECU.
Connect the 3 connectors to the engine stop and start ECU.
for Automatic Transaxle:
Install the engine stop and start solenoid filter.

CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

PERFORM REGISTRATION
