      • Power window regulator motor assembly LH connector

      Is the check result OK?

      Result Proceed to
      YES A
      NO (Connect the connector correctly)
      HINT:
Repair the connector if any broken pin or poor mating is detected.
      B

    Result:

    See step  7

    Result:

    See step  7

  7. CHECK CONNECTOR
    1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
    2. Operate the power window regulator master switch assembly and check that the power window (driver's side) operates.

      Is the symptom removed?

      Result Proceed to
      YES A
      NO B

    Result:

SINCE THE POOR CONTACT OF CONNECTOR WAS REPAIRED, THE CIRCUIT CONDITION RETURNED TO NORMAL

    Result:

    See step  8

  8. CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
    1. Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
    2. Disconnect the power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
    3. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
    4. Using a tester, measure the voltage between the power window regulator motor assembly LH connector and chassis ground.

      Connector & terminal

      J4-5 - Chassis ground

Is the voltage 10.0 V or more?

      Result Proceed to
      YES A
      NO B

    Result:

    CHECK THE POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

    Result:

    See step  9

  9. CHECK [OPERATION ENABLE SIGNAL] (DATA LIST)
    1. Using the GTS, check the following items in the [Data List] of [Power Window (Driver)].

Body Electrical > Power Window (Driver) > Data List

Tester Display Measurement Item Range Diagnostic Note
