Check For Intermittent Problems [03/2023 - ]

  1. CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS 
    1. Perform a simulation test.
      1. Reproduce the plug-in charging status when a malfunction occurred based on the customer's comments, freeze frame data recorded when the DTC was stored and freeze frame data recorded in Vehicle Control History.

    2. Check the connector(s) and terminal(s).

      Refer to ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT INSPECTION PROCEDURE [12/2022 - ]

    3. Wiggle the harness and connector(s).

      Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [12/2022 - ]

    4. Heat or cool suspected parts.
