HINT:
- It is possible to diagnose the DTC by performing the indicated inspection mode. After correcting the DTC, perform a necessary inspection mode and make sure that the function is resumed correctly and the DTC is recorded.

- Using the GTS, perform the clear DTCs of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start].
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.
HINT:
If the DTC is displayed on the screen, the trouble is still present. Perform the diagnosis for the displayed DTCs. After solving the DTC, repeat from step 1).
- Start the engine, and let it idle for 40 seconds or more.
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.
HINT:
If the DTC is displayed on the screen, the trouble is still present. Perform the diagnosis for the displayed DTCs. After solving the DTC, repeat from step 1).

DTC Description & trouble part Note B2779 REMOTE CONTROL ENGINE STARTER COLLATION - - Diagnostic procedure:
- Check that the battery voltage is 12 V or more and fuel remains approx. half [20 - 40 L (5.3 - 10.6 US gal, 4.4 - 8.8 Imp gal)].
- Using the GTS, perform the clear DTCs of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start].
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.
HINT:
If the DTC is displayed on the screen, the trouble is still present. Perform the diagnosis for the displayed DTCs. After solving the DTC, repeat from step 1).
- Register the remote engine starter, and operate it.
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.

- Drive for 20 seconds or more at a vehicle speed of 25 km/h (15.5 MPH) or more.
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.

- Using the GTS, perform the clear DTCs of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start].
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.

- Hold the electrical key transmitter sub-assembly that does not have a battery over the engine SW for collation.
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.

- Using the GTS, perform the clear DTCs of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start].
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.

- Turn the ignition switch to ON, depress and hold the brake pedal for 20 seconds or more, then release the brake pedal and wait for 20 seconds and more.
- Using the GTS, read the DTC of [Keyless Access with Push Button Start] to check that there is no DTC displayed.
