1. Ask the customer when and how the trouble occurred using the Check List for Interview.

1. Perform basic inspection.

1. Using the GTS, read the DTCs in [Power Window (Switch)], [Power Window (Driver)] and [Power Window (Passenger)].

   Body Electrical > Power Window (Switch) > Trouble Codes 

   Body Electrical > Power Window (Driver) > Trouble Codes 

   Body Electrical > Power Window (Passenger) > Trouble Codes 

   Are any DTCs displayed?

   Result	Proceed to
   YES (Record the DTC, time stamp and freeze frame data)	A
   NO (Perform diagnosis according to the procedures in the diagnostics with phenomenon.)	B

GO TO PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [11/2021 - ]

1. Perform the diagnosis for the displayed DTCs.
2. Repair or replace the cause of trouble.
3. Using the GTS, perform the clear memory of [Power Window (Switch)], [Power Window (Driver)] and [Power Window (Passenger)].

4. Execute the inspection mode.

5. Using the GTS, read the DTCs in [Power Window (Switch)], [Power Window (Driver)] and [Power Window (Passenger)].

   Body Electrical > Power Window (Switch) > Trouble Codes

   Are any DTCs displayed?
