Pre-procedure1

1. Disconnect the A25 4 wheel drive control ECU connector.
2. Disconnect the F37 transfer shift actuator assembly connector.

   Procedure1

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A25-8 (TL1) - F37-4 (TL1)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A25-6 (TL2) - F37-6 (TL2)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A25-7 (TL3) - F37-5 (TL3)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A25-16 (2WD) - F37-8 (B)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A25-17 (4WDL) - F37-3 (L4)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   F37-7 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A25-8 (TL1) or F37-4 (TL1) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   A25-6 (TL2) or F37-6 (TL2) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   A25-7 (TL3) or F37-5 (TL3) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   A25-16 (2WD) or F37-8 (B) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   A25-17 (4WDL) or F37-3 (L4) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

   Post-procedure1

4. Connect the F37 transfer shift actuator assembly connector.
5. Connect the A25 4 wheel drive control ECU connector.

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   F37-8 (B) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON	10 to 16 V
   F37-3 (L4) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON	10 to 16 V

   Post-procedure1

3. Connect the F37 transfer shift actuator assembly connector.
