1. Check the ignition switch condition.

   Is the ignition switch ON?

   YES	A
   NO (Turn the ignition switch to ON, and check again)	B

TURN THE IGNITION SWITCH TO ON, AND CHECK AGAIN

1. Check the symptom when the switch is operated.

   Does the display remain unchanged? (Does the screen freeze?)

   Result	Proceed to
   YES (Perform the diagnosis for "The screen freezes and does not accept any operation entry")	A
   NO	B

Result: 

A 

PERFORM THE DIAGNOSIS FOR "THE SCREEN FREEZES AND DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY OPERATION ENTRY". Refer to  The Screen Freezes and does not Accept Any Operation Entry [11/2021 - ]

1. Check the symptom when the switch is operated.

   Does the screen display change temporarily with the settings unchanged?

   Result	Proceed to
   YES (Perform the diagnosis for the corresponding system)	A
   NO (The system has returned to a normal condition at this time. Reproduce the failure, and then perform the diagnosis again)	B

PERFORM THE DIAGNOSIS FOR THE CORRESPONDING SYSTEM

THE SYSTEM HAS RETURNED TO A NORMAL CONDITION AT THIS TIME. REPRODUCE THE FAILURE, AND THEN PERFORM THE DIAGNOSIS AGAIN
