Removal [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE WIDE RANGE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR 
    WARNING:
    • Hot surfaces.

      Risk of burning!

      • Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
    1. Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

    2. Unlock the lock on the connector (1) with a suitable screwdriver (2).

    3. Remove connector (1).
    4. Detach the line of the wide range air fuel ratio sensor (2) from the holder (1).

    5. Using SST, remove the wide range air fuel ratio sensor (1).
