Installation [03/2019 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL NO. 4 ENGINE WIRE NOTE:
- Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.
- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Guide in and install the No. 4 engine wire section for the ignition and injectors.
- Connect connector (1) to ECM.
- Secure the No. 4 engine wire at the bracket (2).
- Fasten No. 4 engine wire with the clamp (3).
- Fasten No. 4 engine wire with the clamp (4).
- Connect and lock all connectors (1) on the ignition coils.
- Mount both ground cables and tighten the nuts (2).
Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
- Connect and lock all connectors (3) to the injectors.
- Connect the connector to the injectors.
- Engage lock (1) in direction of arrow audibly.
- Connect all connectors (1) and lock.
HINT:
All connectors (1) must engage audibly.
- Install the cover (2).
HINT:
The snap-lock couplings (1) must engage audibly.
- Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
