Steering Column Assembly: Installation
- To install steering column assembly, reverse removal procedures, noting the following: Make sure front wheels are in straight ahead position and steering wheel is centered. Check for proper positioning of flat and concave washers.
- Align steering column mounting holes, then install new bolts and tighten evenly until heads shear. Tighten upper universal pinch bolt to specification.
