Boost Pressure
NOTE:
Discharge pressure and actuating rod clearance must be adjusted after replacing wastegate actuator.
- Disconnect wastegate actuator from wastegate lever. Connect radiator pressure tester to wastegate actuator. Pump pressure to 6 psi (.42 kg/cm2 ).
- Push wastegate lever forward to closed position. Adjust rod end to fit precisely on lever pin. Install new lock ring and tighten lock nut. Remove pressure pump. Adjust actuating rod clearance.
