SERVICE INFORMATION

New tools have been developed for removing and installing A/C compressor pulleys and clutches. The tools work with the most common A/C compressors, are designed to allow the magnetic clutch or pulley to be replaced without removing the compressor from the car. The tools will save time because the system does not need to be evacuated for this type of operation.

9995602-4 COMPRESSOR SEAL TOOL KIT

This tool kit is for replacement of the shaft seals on Sanden SD 508-510/709 compressors. If the shaft seal leaks, it must be replaced. If the climate control unit is retrofitted from R12 to R134A, the shaft seal must be replaced with a 134A seal. The tools are designed to minimize leakage and the assurance that the shaft seal can be effectively and quickly replaced without damaging sensitive components and contact surfaces. The kit is packed in a plastic case and contains the following tools:
