Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information AUD-000C

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the audio module (AUD) registers that the signal on the signal cable from the rear loudspeaker is too high or too low.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.

HINT: The signal cable to one or both of the rear loudspeakers may be faulty. 

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to supply voltage in the signal cable between the rear loudspeakers and the control module
• Short-circuit to ground in the signal cables between the rear loudspeakers and the control module.

Fault symptom[s] 

• No sound from the loudspeakers.
