Checking the connectors and components

Ignition off
Check the connectors for the rear heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) and control module. Check for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact resistance and oxidation
Check the signal cable between connector terminal #4 for the rear heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) and control module terminal #44. Check for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults
Remedy as necessary.
