CEM = Central Electronic Module
DIM = Driver Information Module

DESCRIPTION:
Some 2011-2013 XC90 vehicles may intermittently experience these symptoms:
- Horn activating on its own.
- Hazard warning flashers activating on their own.
- "Electrical System Service Required" displayed in DIM with CEM DTCs DD30, DD21 and/or DD20.
- No start, "Anti-skid service required" displayed in DIM with CEM DTC 1A03.
- Engine stalls, CEM DTC 8F1D.
- DIM going blank.

SERVICE:
Do not replace CEM. Follow fault tracing according to VIDA. Check all electrical connections.
If diagnostics indicate an internal CEM fault, download Software Product 31394631, "CEM Repair".
