High Pressure Test

NOTE: Test must be carried out with the engine switched off.
  1. Unscrew one bleeder screw, connect pressure tester and bleed. See Figure .
  2. Load brake pedal with a force of 110 lbs. (500 N) and block brake pedal with support. After 2 minutes, pressure must not drop by more than 8 percent.
  3. Repeat procedure on other circuit.
  4. Complete low pressure test. See LOW PRESSURE TEST  .
