Notes On Intermittents

Check for poor connection of power, ground, and data circuits to the Headlight Switch.

NOTE: The following numbered steps refer to circled numbers on diagnostic chart. See Fig 1 . For circuit identification, see Fig 2 .
  1. This checks for voltage on CKT 740, the supply for the Headlight Switch.
  2. This checks the data line for proper connection to the Headlight Switch.
