Lumbar Support System Check - Without A45

NOTE: Perform this check before diagnosing symptoms. After performing system check, proceed to appropriate testing procedure under SYMPTOM TESTS  unless otherwise specified.
  1. If driver lumbar support does not operate, see TEST 14: LUMBAR SUPPORT INOPERATIVE - WITHOUT A45  under SYMPTOM TESTS.
  2. Move driver's lumbar switch to IN and OUT positions. Driver's lumbar should move in and out. If driver's lumbar does not move in and out, see TEST 17: LUMBAR SUPPORT DOES NOT MOVE IN/OUT - WITHOUT A45  under SYMPTOM TESTS.
  3. Move driver's lumbar switch to UP and DOWN positions. Driver's lumbar should move up and down. If driver's lumbar does not move up and down, see TEST 19: LUMBAR SUPPORT DOES NOT MOVE UP/DOWN - WITHOUT A45  under SYMPTOM TESTS.
  4. If passenger lumbar support does not operate, see TEST 14: LUMBAR SUPPORT INOPERATIVE - WITHOUT A45  under SYMPTOM TESTS.
  5. Move passenger's lumbar switch to IN and OUT positions. Passenger's lumbar should move in and out. If passenger's lumbar does not move in and out, see TEST 17: LUMBAR SUPPORT DOES NOT MOVE IN/OUT - WITHOUT A45  under SYMPTOM TESTS.
  6. Move passenger's lumbar switch to UP and DOWN positions. Passenger's lumbar should move up and down. If passenger's lumbar does not move up and down, see TEST 19: LUMBAR SUPPORT DOES NOT MOVE UP/DOWN - WITHOUT A45  under SYMPTOM TESTS.
