Replace/Reposition Camera or Front Fascia

NOTE:

The Night Vision Control Module Setup procedure must be completed when the night vision camera or front fascia is removed or replaced.

After replacing the camera, or repositioning the camera or front fascia with the original camera perform the following procedure:

  1. Ignition/Vehicle OFF.
  2. Access the Service Programming System (SPS) and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. NOTE:
    • Prior to performing the K172 Night Vision Control Module - Setup procedure, an aiming object must be placed properly in front of vehicle. For proper object placement, refer to Night Vision Control Module Learn
    • Following the SPS on-screen prompts properly and answering the associated questions accurately are critical to attain a successful learn/setup.

    On the SPS Supported Controllers screen, select K172 Night Vision Control Module - Setup to enable Night Vision Calibration.

  4. At the end of programming, choose the "Clear All DTCs" function on the SPS screen.
