Installation Procedure

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Adapter (4) - Install [2x]

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  3. Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket (2) - Install [2x]
  4. Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Battery Charger (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Outlet Hose Retainer (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket (3) - Install

  9. Drive Motor Battery Charger Ground Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  10. Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (1, 2) High Voltage Connectors

    Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (2, 3) High Voltage Connectors

  13. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Bracket Stud (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Wiring Harness Clip (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Inlet Secondary Hose (2) @ Battery Charger - Install

  17. Retainer (1) - Engage

    Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Clamp (3) - Install

  19. Retainer (2) - Install
  20. Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose (4) @ Battery Charger - Install
  21. Retainer (1) - Engage

    Front Trim Finish Compartment Support (2) - Install

  23. Front Trim Finish Compartment Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  24. Connect the wiring harness retainers.

    Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (2) - Install

  27. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling
  28. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
