Engine Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front passenger seat.
2. Remove the instrument panel lower extension, if equipped.
3. Remove the left knee bolster.
4. Remove the right knee bolster.
5. Release the engine cover retainers (1, 3).
6. Remove the engine cover from the vehicle (2).

Installation Procedure






Important: Ensure that the engine cover sealing strip is properly seated between the engine cover and the vehicle.

1. Install the engine cover to the vehicle (2).
2. Install the engine cover retainers (1, 3).
3. Install the left knee bolster.
4. Install the right knee bolster.
5. Install the instrument panel lower extension, if equipped.
6. Install the front passenger seat.
