Preliminary Procedure Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . Remove the engine manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Front . Remove the radiator outlet pipe. Refer to Radiator Outlet Pipe Replacement (LLT) . Remove the generator drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
1	Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
2	Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten: 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
3	Bolt (Qty: 1) Tighten: 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
4	Generator Procedure: Disconnect the engine harness generator connector.
