Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front brake shield (1).
    2. Fig 2: Front Brake Shield Bolts

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the front brake shield bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the front disc brake rotor (1). Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement (LLT)  or Front Brake Rotor Replacement (L99, LS3) .
  4. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
