Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Intake Air Valve Bolts

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Position the throttle body to the intake air heater and install the throttle body bolts and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in) .
    2. Fig 2: Engine Wiring Harness Electrical Connector

  2. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the throttle body.
  3. Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement .
