Preliminary Procedure Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Liftgate Latch Bolts (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Liftgate Latch TIP: Disconnect the electrical connectors.
