Removal Procedure

    WARNING:

    Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

    WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  1. Remove Fuel Tank Replacement 
  2. Remove Fuel Tank Vent Valve Hose Replacement (At Tank) Fuel Tank Vent Valve Hose Replacement (Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module)  at Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module.
  3. Remove Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose Replacement 
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    5. Fig 1: Lock Ring

  5. Use the CH 45722  wrench by turning counter clockwise and remove the lock ring (1)
    6. Fig 2: Transfer Hose

  6. Disconnect Transfer Hose (1) - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  7. Disconnect Fuel Tank Vent Hose (2) - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  8. Remove Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1)
  9. Remove Fuel Pump Seal (2) and DISCARD
