Installation Procedure

  1. Install the battery to fuse block cable (1).

  2. Install the battery positive cable to fuse block nut (5) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the body extension wiring harness (2).
  4. Install the body extension wiring harness bolt (3) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
    NOTE: Counterhold the battery positive clamp.
  5. Tighten the battery positive cable nut (4) to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  6. Install the fuse block cover (2). Install the rear fuse block cover retainers (2) to the fuse block.

  7. Lock the 3 retaining tabs (3) into the battery fuse block cover.
  8. Fold the rear seat back cushion in original position.
  9. Close the left rear door.

  12. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection » Connect
