Installation Procedure

  1. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module (3)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (2) (Qty: 2) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module Nut (1) (Qty: 2) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  4. Connect High Voltage Electrical Connector (1)
  5. Connect Electrical Connector (2)
  6. Install the retainers (3)

  7. Install Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (3)
  8. Install Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  9. Engage Retainer (2)
  10. Install Drive Motor Battery Impact Absorber (4)

  12. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
