Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Fuel Tank Replacement 
    2. Fig 1: Electrical Connector

  2. Disconnect Electrical Connector (1) at Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (2)
  3. Disconnect Fuel and EVAP Pipe (2) (Qty: 2) - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  4. Remove Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - CH 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

  5. Disconnect Fuel Pump Vent Pipe (1) - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  6. Remove Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1)
  7. Remove O-Ring (2) and DISCARD
