Generator Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . Remove the water pump and generator belt. Refer to Water Pump and Generator Belt Replacement . Disconnect the generator connector.
1	Generator B (+) Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Remove the generator B (+) nut. Tighten 11 N.m (8 lb ft)
2	Generator Under Bolt (Qty: 2) Procedure Remove the under bolts. Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
3	Generator Upper Bolt Procedure Remove the generator upper bolt. Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
