Clutch Switch: Testing and Inspection

Clutch Switch Test (Manual Transmission Only)
1. Disconnect double connector at switch pigtail, then connect a 12-volt source to either switch terminal end.
2. Connect suitable test light to remaining terminal end and ground.
3. Test light should be on when pedal is in normal position and off when pedal is depressed. If not, replace clutch switch.
