Removal And Installation: Installation
- Install and hand tighten the left generator retaining bolt (1)
- Install and hand tighten the upper front pulley side generator retaining bolt (1).
- Install and hand tighten the upper right generator retaining bolt (2) near the electrical connectors.
- Tighten the upper front pulley side bolt to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten the upper front electrical connector side bolt to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten the lower bolt to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect both the generator field and B+ connections to the generator and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the catalytic converter. Refer to CONVERTER, CATALYTIC, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Install the AC compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
