EVAP Canisters

A maintenance free, EVAP canister is used on all vehicles. The EVAP canister is located under the vehicle, inside the left frame rail, in front of the fuel tank. See Fig 1 . Check EVAP canisters for loose, missing, cracked or broken connections and parts. Repair or replace as necessary. No liquid should be in canister.
