Steering Gear - Power: Description

Integral power steering unit consists of a worm and one-piece rack/piston, meshed to sector shaft teeth. System includes hydraulic valve, input shaft, and control valve sleeve and torsion bar. See Figure . Hydraulic action is generated by relative rotary motion between input shaft and worm/sleeve assembly.
